Criminal Driving License Suspended: an officer made an enforcement stop on a vehicle. The 22- year-old male driver from Starksboro was determined to be driving with a criminally suspended operator’s license. The driver was arrested, taken to the station for processing and cited into court.

Driving While Intoxicated: an officer was called to Shelburne Falls Road for the report of a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, the officer found that the vehicle had gone off the road and hit a telephone pole. The 23-year-old male driver from Hinesburg was arrested for suspicion of DUI, processed and citied into court.

Click It Or Ticket: the Hinesburg Police Department completed a 14-day Governor’s Highway Safety seatbelt enforcement campaign. During the grant funded campaign, officers issued 17 seatbelt tickets and arrested two intoxicated drivers.
