The community is invited to a multi-age book discussion of the bestselling book “Wonder” on Tuesday, Aug. 3 at 6:30pm at the Carpenter Carse Library in Hinesburg. This inspiring story of Auggie Pullman, a fifth-grader with a congenital birth defect, deals with his experiences navigating middle school. The Dorothy Canfield Fisher Award Winner for 2013 and the Vermont Reads choice for 2014, teaches us all about the importance of inclusion and kindness in our daily lives.
