Hinesburg Public Safety Log — May 1 through May 6

DUI / Criminal DLS – On Monday, May 1, as the result of an enforcement stop, a 42-year-old female from Hinesburg was arrested for driving under the influence and driving while her license was criminally suspended. She was taken to the station for processing and released on citation to appear in court.

DUI – On Friday, May 5, a 42-year-old male from Hinesburg was stopped for erratic driving and failure to stay within the lane. He was subsequently determined to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested, brought to the station for processing and released on a citation to appear in court.

Intoxicated Person – On Saturday, May 6, officers responded to Triple L MHP for a 44-year-old male from Hinesburg that was intoxicated and refused to leave a residence. He left prior to police arrival and met the officers when they arrived. He was advised to go back to his residence in the Park. There were no further problems.
