Hinesburg police blotter — Monday July 3 through Friday July 7

Monday, July 3: An officer responded to a citizen dispute on Vermont Route 116 between a first-floor resident and a person visiting an upstairs apartment who had parked on the front lawn. The truck was moved without further incident.

Tuesday, July 4: An officer responded to a residence on Charlotte Road after a theft of a lawnmower was reported. The investigation is ongoing.

Friday, July 7: An officer patrolling on Shelburne Falls Road using a license plate reader made a traffic stop where the operator was on a life suspension for three DUI convictions.

Friday, July 7: Officers went to a residence for an individual reported to have a warrant for arrest. The individual was taken into custody and transported to Chittenden County Correctional Center.
