Friday is the deadline for local vendors to sign up to take part in Shelburne Day on Aug. 19. The annual event is best described as an expansion on the Shelburne Farmers Market. A project of the Shelburne Business and Professional Association, Shelburne Day is a chance for local businesses to get out and meet the community.

SBPA members may sign up to be vendors and exhibitors for free. Businesses not yet members of SBPA may join on Shelburne Day for the standard annual membership fee of $50. Vendors and exhibitors can set up a tent and booth on the Parade Ground where they can tell their story to the hundreds of visitors, shoppers and browsers from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
