The dental practice in Shelburne village announces two important changes with the addition of a new dentist and a name change from Shelburne Restorative Dentistry to Shelburne Village Dentistry.

Dr. Philippe Charlebois and staff recently welcomed Dr. Susan Grimes to the practice. Grimes will expand the office’s comprehensive oral health care and add pediatric care services. Charlebois said Grimes’ exceptional clinical skills and her warm personality make her an excellent addition to their office. Grimes is looking forward to taking care of new patients.

Grimes’ professional and volunteering experience are well-established in the community. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she completed her postgraduate residency at the University of Vermont. Over the past 12 years Grimes has led volunteer dental mission trips around the world. She also volunteers at the Shelburne Food Shelf and is a member of the Shelburne-Charlotte-Hinesburg Rotary club.

The office also recently changed its trade name to Shelburne Village Dentistry to better reflect the broadened practice.
