Nancy Viner, of Shelburne, has been promoted to Annual Giving Manager at Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington. Viner began working in the Rice Advancement office in the fall of 2015. She previously worked as an account manager for a legal publisher and the executive director/fundraiser for a non-profit organization. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Catherine and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. She grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Vermont in 2007.

Jonathan Roddy of Shelburne has been promoted to branch manager of Community Bank N.A.’s Kennedy Drive location. Roddy will oversee the daily operation of the office and will also be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing services, and developing relationships with customers and employees. Roddy has been with Community Bank N.A. for three years, beginning as a teller with Merchants Bank prior to its acquisition. He has filled a variety of positions within the bank, including customer service representative and assistant branch manager. Roddy is active in the community, serving as a volunteer for the Penguin Plunge, a participant for the COTS Walk and a team captain for the Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival.

The Must Love Yarn retail store recently relocated to 2438 Shelburne Road, into the former Ann Roche/Climb High building. The new larger space is slightly north of its former location. The shop carries a variety of yarns, supplies for fiber projects and fiber products.
