Oct. 20 at 3:35 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue responded to a two-car collision with minor injuries on the Ethan Allen Highway and Church Hill Road. Vermont State Police also were notified.
Oct. 21 at 7:32 a.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Shelburne Rescue at a medical call at Wake Robin and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 21 at 6:33 p.m. Charlotte Fire assisted Shelburne Fire at a structure fire on Quarry Road in Shelburne. The fire was determined to be an unpermitted controlled burn and all units were canceled.
Oct. 23 at 9:21 a.m. Charlotte Rescue Paramedic assisted Vergennes Rescue at a medical call on Jersey Street in Panton. Vergennes transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 23 at 9:54 a.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Vergennes Rescue at a medical call on Quaker Street in Ferrisburgh and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 23 at 11:24 a.m. Charlotte Rescue responded to a medical emergency on Converse Bay Road and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 23 at 11:40 a.m. Charlotte Rescue took a patient to the hospital from a medical call at State Park Road and U.S. Route 7.
Oct. 24 at 2:11 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue responded to a call about a vehicle fire on Alberts Way. No one was injured and the fire was extinguished.
Oct. 25 at 4:21 p.m. Charlotte Rescue took a patient to the hospital from a medical emergency on Spear Street.
Oct. 27 at 3:16 p.m. Charlotte Fire assisted Shelburne Fire at an elevator emergency at Shelburne Bay on Pine Haven Shores Road in Shelburne. Everyone was safely removed from the elevator.
Oct. 27 at 6:26 p.m. Charlotte Rescue responded to a medical emergency on Greenbush Road and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 27 at 9:46 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue were dispatched to what turned out to be a false alarm on Guinea Road.
Oct. 28 at 6:39 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue responded to what turned out to be a false fire alarm on Ferry Road.
Oct. 28 at 10:22 p.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Vergennes Rescue at a medical call on MacDonough Road in Vergennes and transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 30 at 8:07 a.m. Charlotte Rescue responded to a medical emergency on Mutton Hill Road and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 30 at 10:56 a.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Hinesburg First Response at a medical call on Thorn Bush Road. Patients were transported to the hospital by Charlotte Rescue and St. Michael’s Rescue.
Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Shelburne Rescue at a medical call at Wake Robin and transported the patient to the hospital.
Oct. 31 at 7 a.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue along with Shelburne Police, Fire and Rescue units responded to calls about power lines down in the roadway on U.S. Route 7 near the Shelburne-Charlotte town line. Shelburne Police arrived to find a tractor-trailer unit had struck a utility pole and taken down the power lines. The road was closed down until a Green Mountain Power crew was able to remove the hazard.
Oct. 31 at 3:58 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue responded to what turned out to be a false fire alarm on Prindle Road.
Nov.1 at 4:47 p.m. Charlotte Rescue responded to a medical emergency on Carpenter Road but the patient refused to go to the hospital.
Nov. 1 at 8:42 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue were dispatched to check out a report of smoke inside a home on Greenbush Road. They located and removed the hazard.
Nov. 2 at 12:17 p.m. Charlotte Rescue assisted Vergennes Rescue at a medical call and took a patient to the hospital.
Nov. 3 at 12:01 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue were dispatched to a home on Greenbush Road that was experiencing flooding and reported a fire hazard. The hazard was removed.
