Feb. 11
8:05 p.m. An officer responded for a reported citizen dispute in the police station parking lot. The officer provided transportation to a man involved in the dispute.

Feb. 12
1:05 a.m. Police checked out a report of a suspicions sound on Birchwood Drive but found nothing.
2:57 a.m. An officer went to Red Pine Rd. to check out a home alarm; no problem was found.
1:35 p.m. A business in the village reported a missing package after tracking information online said it was delivered.
3:25 p.m. Officers assisted the Vermont Department for Children and Families with the removal of two children from a residence in the Village.
4:12 p.m. An officer conducted a VIN inspection on a vehicle at a business in the village.
7:40 p.m. An officer went to Mallard Pond Road to assist Hinesburg First Response with a medical call.

Feb. 13
10:34 p.m. An officer responded to a business in the village where an employee accidently locked himself out of the building. The officer was able to unlock the door and let the employee in the building.

Feb. 14
5:59 a.m. Police received a complaint about a business in the village where several persons were reported to be standing outside a loading dock. The officer found no one upon arrival.
3:58 p.m. Police located a dog running loose on Pond Road and returned it to its owner.
4:44 p.m. An officer conducted a VIN verification at the office.

Feb. 15
10:22 a.m. An officer contacted a resident on Baldwin Road for a welfare check. No problem was found.
4:16 p.m. A Champlain Valley Union High School student and her mother came to the office to report damage to her vehicle that occurred in the CVU parking lot.
4:30 p.m. An officer assisted a Williston Police Department officer on a traffic stop on Pond Brook Road.
9:30 p.m. An officer assisted the CVU administration and the Shelburne Police Department with a juvenile problem.

Feb. 16
8:38 a.m. An officer was contacted about a juvenile problem at the Hinesburg Community School. The officer contacted the school and an involved parent. No other action was necessary.
7:11 p.m. Officers responded to Hillview Terrace for a reported fight involving an assault. After conducting interviews, Eugene Morrell, 49 years old of Essex, was arrested and charged with assault. He was brought to the station for processing and released on a citation to appear in court.

Feb. 17
10:18 p.m. Officers went to Davis Road in Monkton to assist Shelburne Police in serving a no-trespass notice.
