Mahana Magic announces scholarship

The Mahana Magic Foundation, a local nonprofit that supports children who have or had a parent or caregiver with cancer, is now accepting applications for a $1,000 scholarship.

According to Monica Marshall, the foundation’s managing director, the organization will award five of the scholarships to any Vermont high school senior who has or had a parent or caregiver with cancer.

The deadline is March 30 for online applications and mailed applications must be post marked by March 28. For more information including application details, visit mahanamagic.org.
