Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington is currently accepting nominations for its Athletic Hall of Fame. This will be the 18th group of inductees representing students from Rice and its predecessor, Cathedral High School.
Potential inductees must have graduated from either Rice or Cathedral in good standing, be out of high school for at least 10 years, and embody the mission of Rice Memorial. Individuals closely associated with Rice-Cathedral, such as coaches or athletic boosters who are no longer working in that capacity at Rice, can also be nominated.
Among the ranks of esteemed members are Kyle Cieplicki ’03, UVM Men’s Basketball Associate Head Coach; Morgan Valley ’00, University of Arizona’s Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach; Christina Nolan ’97, U.S. Attorney for Vermont; and Alex Lloyd ’00, Director of Scouting and Player Development for Texas A&M.

The 2019 Hall of Fame induction will take place Sept. 28 at the Burlington Country Club as part of Rice’s Homecoming weekend festivities.
