2019 CVU Girls’ Basketball Camp partic-ipants, grades four through six.

Ninety-one students entering grades fourth through ninth participated in the 2019 CVU Girls’ Basket-ball Camp, June 24-28. Director Ute Otley, CVU varsity girls’ coach and former Dartmouth point guard, reported the winning results.

The award winners from the morning session, grades fourth through sixth are:

Free Throw Champ: Rowan Howe, Charlotte

GO Award: Sarah Skaflestad, Williston

Spirit Award: Isabel Brown, Hinesburg

Defense Award: Mireille Howatt-Walker,Hinesburg

Heart and Hustle: Ava O’Brien, Shelburne

ALL-STARS: Addie Baker, Hinesburg, Apryl Tuiqere, Charlotte, Dierdre Higgins, Char-lotte, Maggie Smith, Shelburne, Rowan Howe, Charlotte

The award winners from the afternoon session, grades seventh through ninth, are:

Free Throw Champion: Shelby Companion, Hinesburg

9th grade 1-on-1 Champ:Addison Hunter, St. George

8th grade 1-on-1 Champ: Merrill Jacobs, Hinesburg

7th grade 1-on-1 Champ: Kaitlyn Jovell, Williston

GO Award: Hazel Guillmette,New Haven

Spirit Award:Harper Danforth, Shelburne

Defense Award:Emma Kim, Williston

Heart and Hustle Award: Piper Guillmette, New Haven

ALL-STARS: Mira Rieley, Williston, Merrill Jacobs, Hinesburg, Maddie Bunting, Willis-ton, Shelby Companion, Hinesburg, Addison Hunter, St. George, Elise Ayer, Hinesburg, Samara Ashooh, Shelburne

The Ultimate Counselor was rising senior Mekkena Boyd of Williston.

2019 CVU Basketball Camp par-ticipants, grades seven through nine. There were numerous award winners honored at the end of the camp, which ran June 24-28 at CVU.
